She has worked for San Francisco and Oakland governments managing 30+ person teams and budgets ranging from $4 million to nearly $40 million. Lex is a sought-after speaker and facilitator who uses her communications background to amplify diverse leaders innovating and sustaining efforts to advance shared and equitable prosperity. She loves rolling up her sleeves on complex projects and has participated in numerous public-private partnerships. Lex recently attained her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
