One Nation / One Project is an ambitious arts and health research initiative and public awareness campaign. As Executive Director, Lex had the privilege of supporting the early stages of expanding its partnerships and investments and building out infrastructure for a remote, national team. She left ON/OP due to an unanticipated opportunity to return to her former employer, the City & County of San Francisco as the Deputy Director of Programs for its Arts Commission.
Highlights at ON/OP included:
💵Redesigning the $14 million budget for greater clarity and insight over the duration of the project
💰Securing tax exemption and pro bono resources to improve the efficiency and ease of virtual operations
🎓Completing a partnership agreement with Stanford University for support of the arts participation research app
💡Engaging with mobilizers and innovators including the National League of Cities and the United States Conference of Mayors, to understand and advance arts and wellness priorities
