Directed artistic and operations activities including productions and exhibitions, fiscal sponsorship, and business-to-business support services for an interdisciplinary arts center dedicated to serving small and midsize cultural organizations in the Bay Area. Managed staff of 36. SOMArts facilities included a 26,190 sqft facility and 5,000 sq. ft warehouse with tenants, galleries, artist studios and co-working spaces.

• Shifted power within the organization from a White-led board and curatorial approach to a Black-led and majority BIPOC board. Expanded Latino, Black and Asian-led cultural production positions, LGBTQIA senior staff, and founded the curatorial residency program to promote underrepresented perspectives through immersive events and exhibitions.
